From start to finish everyone is very professional and thorough with my service. They always show me my air filters and let me make the decision if I want to change them out. They never try to sell me something I don't need yet and answer any questions I have. Thanks for great service, one of your Loyal customers for life. As long as Tommy's there I will continue to get my car serviced there!!

Tommy and his staff are awesome... Always so polite and friendly it's a pleasure to deal with them... Just remember there's always that one miserable person that wants to complain but this location in Loganvile never disappoints.. Thanks again for my great service today from Tommy and his staff... I read the last review and I genuinely cannot believe what I read. My family, friends and I have never once had an experience even remotely unpleasant or unprofessional. I just don’t believe that someone could possibly be so low life to down another person for doing their job. Personally Tommy has been an amazing employee towards me and my fellows, you can tell his professionalism isn’t a front and he knows how to run a shop and keep it under control.
jamie,Pulled into Take 5 expecting the usual “this’ll take a minute”… next thing I know, Tommy (the GM) and his assistant manager had already wrapped it up before I could even finish scrolling my phone. 10 minutes. Not “about 10 minutes”… a REAL 10 minutes. I barely had time to get comfortable before they had me back on the road like a pit crew at NASCAR. Super friendly, crazy efficient, and honestly kind of impressive to watch. If you blink, you might miss your whole oil change 😂 Highly recommend!
