Literally just left and I had to immediately leave a 5 star review!! My wait was short and I came right before closing everyone still greeted me with a smile and even gave me a cold bottle of water! They checked my ac filter inside of my car that was filthy I didn't even know there was another filter in my car ! No one has ever done that at any other place I've been to! Tommy you and your team are absolutely amazing this was my first time and I'll absolutely be back!
I did not have a good experience, employees using foul language, one employee yelled a a new employee in front of me, the female who appeared to be the manager read notes out loud “customer doesn’t like price” is apparently in their system Uber my profile, very unorganized and not customer centric, I arrived at 12:17 and left at 12:41 and I was the only car so iitsTake 30 not Tale 5
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Romeo was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the services being performed on my vehicle. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the process quick and stress-free. It’s clear that Romeo takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers.
