I hate getting my oil change! This day was different I was greeted by a young handsome black gentleman with loc$ and he spoke my language Customer $ervice!!!! How can I $ervice you? as he handed me a bottle of water. The ride didn’t stop there. I was shouted at by my fellow city girl from Miami Ale$$andraaaaaaa(IYKYK) #Period. You would think I $tepped in my Uncles garage as I chopped it up with family I mean the employees. I felt apart of the crew apart of the family. Ale$$andra shared with me her transition from Aventura Florida to Grayson Georgia, how her mom is healing through her kidney disease and we laughed about how to make boys because so far I can only recreate myself times two and make daughters. After my oil was completely change I was paid in full by words of wisdom by Money Mike the manager. He $poke life into me. He confirmed things that only God Knew like for instance I’am quick to call every one about my problems and Money Mike rerouted me and turned my focus to my Sky daddy Hot line Bling (This is how God is saved in my phone for my 6am prayer line)and $tressed he is the only one that will answer. You will forever have a family member I mean customer. Thank-you for your heaven $ent $ervice. Now each and every one needs a Rai$$$$$$$$$$$e My God 😇

5/25/26 Not enough stars on Google to express how fantastic this location is. Big Mike and the crew were amazing! Did you know that they will top off your fluids (INCLUDING OIL) at no charge to you at ANY location until your due date or mileage to have another oil change! 10 stars out of 5! ---------------- Very fast and efficient. Got military discount from their website. Was first time using them and was very happy about the lack of hard sell for filters, wipers, etc. Was even honest about the condition of them, which I really appreciated. I do all my own maintenance, but was lazy today and what with all the rain (finally) we are having today I decided to give Take 5 a try. I'll definitely come back anytime I'm too lazy to just do it myself.

They did an amazing job and we’re really thorough with servicing my car and even hooked me up with a coupon so that I can get the best deal possible and provided water while I waited for my car to be serviced! 10 out of 10 customer service and they even helped take the heaps of garbage out my car 😂 literally went over the top. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend!! Not only will they get your car right but they will go over the top for you when it comes to customer service and I love that thank you Ally, Zelle, Jaden, and Big Mike You all did a wonderful job!!

Since I came to this location randomly a year ago I’ve known it makes zero sense to go anywhere else. The staff is great, the service is quick and honest. Zelek and Tony were nice way beyond expectations. Management, please reward them accordingly! Hard work and dedication must be rewarded. I must say I am very impressed and Blessed to have stopped here. My wife normally takes her vehicle across the street for an oil change but every time she did, it came back with problems that I always had to go back up there to get corrected. This time I took it for the oil change because we've had a bad oil leak since the last time. Sitting in line I started googling somewhere else to go and saw Take 5 was right across the street. I've passed it several times bit honestly only noticed the car wash. All I can say is we have found a new oil change home! The techs were super nice and attentive. The manager came out twice to introduce himself which was really cool. When they changed my oil filter (which sits on the top of the engine) they showed me where the gaskets were destroyed, the filter was loose and it was obvious it had not been changed in forever! They replaced it, got everything cleaned up and guess what.... no more leaks! I am so grateful for this place. They saved me alot of time, worry and monies! Take a bow Take 5! Thank you!
