I enjoyed my oil change servicing here. Although there was a line the Manager & Alex were very accomodating and apologized for the delays. They worked together like a solid team as well as the young lady. The Manager had impeccable calmness and I was Impressed by his patience & *communication* skills/style with his staff. (Im a NYer so Im big on postive employers) A very good reason to come to work is to be met with a professional leader!!
I got my oil changed at this location yesterday and I was so impressed. It was my first visit to a Take 5 location. They were quick, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly I felt zero pressure to get any additional service. They gave me a complimentary cold water bottle when I arrived while I waited in line for service. The wait was very short, in and out in under 30 minutes, there was a small line for service and only two employees this day but they were efficient and fast! The oil change itself was 10 minutes, as promised. Michael and Tony were wonderful. They explained what they were doing and exactly what my car needed. I felt zero pressure to spend more money on additional services, the cost of service is clearly listed and reviewed with you prior to service and they explain the need and cost of additional services (cabin air filter for me) with zero pressure! 10/10 I would recommend this location!!!
Service is the best there! I told them to please make sure everything is put back in tightly because we had history of others elsewhere that would leave the shield loose and piece of that would be dangling down and the guy (forgot his name) made sure to double check. That same person was also very thorough on the different benefits of oil and they topped off my after before the 3k miles. This will be my go to spot for oil changes
