I used to go to the location in Grayson all the time because of the incredible service I received there. Specifically from the Store Manager Jacob Jones. I recently went to the one in Lawrenceville, and discovered that he had moved to that location. So from now on I will be going to this location because of the incredible service he gives his customers. He is quick, efficient, and has incredible customer service skills. And anytime he has helped with my car, he always listens to my concerns. He deserves some kind of promotion.
I went to this location once a couple of months ago, they were super nice and professional. Fast forward to when I needed to get my oil changed again, I went to a different location that was otw to work….the location on scenic hwy was not nearly as nice and professional. When I left there, I noticed I had an oil leak, went back to the scenic hwy location and they supposedly “fixed” the issue, stating it was just residual oil. So I went back to my original location here. Kyle and his team quickly realized it was a bad oil gasket. They changed it out and redid the oil change for me! A couple of days go by and AGAIN I have an oil leak, this time I took back and Randall (I’m pretty sure that was his name) was fantastic and noticed that my filter had a small tear in it. So again, they changed everything and fixed the issues. Now my car is running great and leaking no oil. The whole team here is fantastic and attentive. I appreciate them tremendously and will always back to see Kyle and his team.
I enjoyed my oil change servicing here. Although there was a line the Manager & Alex were very accomodating and apologized for the delays. They worked together like a solid team as well as the young lady. The Manager had impeccable calmness and I was Impressed by his patience & *communication* skills/style with his staff. (Im a NYer so Im big on postive employers) A very good reason to come to work is to be met with a professional leader!!
