Kittrell did an awesome job from the moment that we pulled up his customer service and smile him reassured me that I made the right decision of going 27 minutes out of my way to come to the Kennesaw location. Ethan offering me and my partner ice cold water on a 95 degree day, checked all of my fluids, did my tire pressure added air to my tires and then gave me recommendations on where I can get my car detailed and where I can get my windshield fixed his service was beyond extraordinary and I appreciate him.

They explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and I was back on the road in no time. The team had a great attitude and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to find a place that genuinely values customer service while delivering quality work. I'll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and would highly recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for quick, honest, and reliable service

6/26 I chose to get my emissions tested at Take 5 Oil Change this year because they're open later than anywhere else (til 8pm that day). The cost for the emissions test was $25, which is a bit higher than other shops, but their extra late hours & great service was well worth the upcharge! I didn't need to exit my car for the test, like some other places. The 2 guys who helped me, Ethan & Robert gave me excellent customer service even as their final customer, and as others have mentioned, I was given a bottled water during the test. These guys didn't try to upsell an oil change or anything else (I assume that's not allowed during an emissions test anyway). Regardless, I received professional, polite, and even cheerful customer service and an all-around positive experience for my first visit to Take 5 Oil Change! Ethan, the tech who initiated contact with me prior to the certified tester... He took note of all the necessary info like my car's VIN, mileage, etc. That Ethan, oh what a flirt! The young man was really working the tip today! Naw, I'm kidding...kinda😉 I totally prompted him, all in fun of course. But ya gotta appreciate a guy 35 yrs younger who can still play along with an old lady! 😄 Great guys at Take 5. Seems like they're all in good spirits, all the way thru the last customer of the day! Robert, the certified emissions tester. He wasnt quite the charmer but just as cool and personable as Ethan. He tested my emissions promptly, as he's the one who's certified by GA Clean Air Force. He did an excellent job too, but I'm not saying that just because i passed. His great attitude and fantastic smile truly helped to make my day! A while after I'd left the shop I realized that i still had his [well-deserved] tip in my purse. I hope to get back over there when he's around to make it right. I would happily recommend Take 5 Oil Change for your next emissions test, and I plan to bring my car back again next year!
