I had a wonderful experience with Take 5; my low engine oil light came on and my vehicle shut down. I pulled over and popped my hood and my oil was low. I went on over to Take 5 and Tyre along with the team informed me of my options after checking my oil dipstick. I really appreciate the time he took to educate me on the color of my oil, the level, along with my options to move forward. Thank you for a quick and easy finish on a hot Saturday afternoon. By the way they look like they enjoy what they do up in there! 🙌🏾

BOOM🚗💨** I stopped by Take 5 right after work, and when I pulled up the line looked LONGGG 😭 but honestly, the store manager did a great job keeping everything organized, getting everyone into their lanes, and even offering out cold waters while we waited. Once I got in, the techs were super friendly, welcoming, and actually took the time to give me some knowledge instead of just getting me in and out. If you’re in a rush and need an oil change, **come see them!** They definitely made what could’ve been a stressful wait feel easy. 🙂‍↕️🚘

WHERE DO I BEGIN! This location made me feel like a 5-minute PRINCESS!! A little overwhelming at 1st, because it was at least 15 thousand service techs all coming in at once....LOL...No I'm kidding but I got some SHOUT OUTS for all the gentlemen that were kind and professional from the minute I drove up! ROB--keep smiling and doing what you do. I appreciate you following the rules and listening to the customer when she said "I'll be back for that filter"...TYREE---gathering all my information and staying as polite as possible when I gave a response to No thank you to the $1 charity---thank you for caring for my needs and answering questions where applicable - I say that because I got so many people working on my car at once, it did feel a little overwhelming at first and I had to keep my eyes on too many people - - scale that back a bit--HIKEEM (dread-mon'), did some moving and groovin on my car under the hood - remained quiet but efficient when getting the job done. THANK YOU for your help..."SCRAPPY & PIERRE - managers - Scrappy AKA JACOB - very persistent when speaking of the Children's Fundraising---he got the $1 out of me--GREAT JOB!! My background is in Customer Relations and I have to say, while I said No many times, you kept the course! Your smile and tenacity made me change my mind...plus my friend TYREE kept a smile on his face the whole time! Pierre, while I don't agree with not providing a customer with an actual white paper credit card receipt, it DOESNT deter me from coming back! I only took my car to TAKE 5 in Altamonte Springs FL - my recent move/drive/ prompt me to look up your location near my place of employment and that's how I found you! I like how TAKE 5 tends to the needs of the customer - especially the COLD water - thank you ---but that their QUICK, EFFICIENT and the workers know what they are doing...Every question I had they answered! I've never had an issue - and it's going on 9 years of business with you! I appreciate all the attention and care to my 2015 PASSAT! I'll be back because the staff and managers were GREAT!!!
