I am a service manager for another automotive location. And unfortunately, we do not provide oil change services. I have to take it somewhere to get it done. Professionally, in order to keep the warranty and as a retired technician. It's always a hard time for me to let someone else work on our vehicles. But this store honestly was an amazing experience. I worked with Castor Juan and Andreas and Juan presented strong leadership an overall great spirit Castor was our Sales associate, and she was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the services that they offered and andreas did the work on our vehicle. And there was not a drip of oil in the driveway. I will definitely be returning in five thousand miles to have my wife's oil change done.
[HAPPY THEY OPEN EARLY!😀✌️🚀 I am GRATEFUL today for to the PROFESSIONAL STAFF at Take 5 Oil Change, Store #0042! As I took my chance in the fast lane of GA-400 my vehicle connected with a gator ( big-rig-[re]tread-debris) that cracked/broke my the underside engine protection plate causing it to drag and make loud noise. I searched navigation and since I was already a customer I drove directly to Take 5. The entire crew was upbeat and they did an amazing job taking care of my problem and since the vehicle was due for an oil change and other filter [re]placements we got it all done Toot-sweet! This store is located in a part of town with lots of restaurants, stores and shops. I was happy to wind up here!]
We were on a trip, and had to stop to get our oil change. We got here as soon as they opened 7AM. All employee's were nice. They did not ask for me to put my car keys in a lock box like other places have in the past. They obviously tired to upsell to the best oil, a new air filter, and wiper blades. They asked for my mileage at the beginning of the service then someone else asked again as service was going, so I told him I’d have to start my car, he said “okay” then made a “uh-oh” sound when started the car to get the mileage, they left a note in the system about me starting the car, as if I weren’t prompted to do so by one of their employees. Then it appeared they were having issues getting the filter back in or tightened. What I thought would take 15-20 minutes tops, took almost an hour. They did apologize for the inconvenience.
