I have used Take 5 multiple times before. Usually a good experience, but this time was different. My sticker said it was time for an oil change so I went to get one. Upon pulling into the bay, they were setting me up to get changed. There was a female working the computer and I wish I knew her name but she checked and saw that I did not need an oil change because I had only driven 2000 miles. She had the guys check my oil. They gave me a top off and she wrote me a new sticker for when I would actually need an oil change.. I greatly appreciated her honesty.

First I was met as I pulled up by a friendly tech named David, who had a cold bottle of water to greet me! It was around 430 in the afternoon and this young man and his coworker Anthony demonstrated a level of customer service that you just don't see any more these days. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient and so helpful, this location hit a home run with these two!! Thanks y'all, see ya in 3k miles.

I got my tires checked and coolant,washer fluid and power steering fluid checked for free. I was a previous valvoline customer but i will definitely will be coming here from now on due to the customer service and complementary services they do. Whoever is the district manager or owner these guys need a raise ASAP👌🏽🔥
josh little,I’ve been coming to the Fayetteville location for over a year now , and no matter what day or time I go I always get great service from the crew. I love the way they tell you what is best for your vehicle, but still let you decide without being forced into something that I may not be able to afford at that moment. They check my fluids and tires and top off if needed. I always go either on my way to work or on my lunch break, they get me in and out fast without compromising great service.
