I had been to another oil change place in Fayetteville (Valvoline) and they didn’t change my oil filter and overfilled my oil. After realizing how serious the situation was I went to Take 5 for a redo. I was afraid to go back to Valvoline after seeing their incompetence. At Take 5 I was greeted with an ice cold bottle of water…The manager Manuel met with me and went over my vehicle history thoroughly. In addition to changing my oil and filter correctly he alerted me that I was overdue for a service of my rear gear differential. Take 5 saved my truck from a potential catastrophic engine failure. Please folks, go to Take 5. Don’t go to Valvoline.
My experience with the guys were great. Their were 3 guys that worked on my vehicle. They were extremely professional, attentive, and collaborative in meeting my needs. The customer service was exceptional and I will be returning for all of my future service dates. Not crazy about the prices but the service is needed in order for me to have proper and working transportation. I believe the company could offer repeated customers bigger discounts or free oil changes after so many visits . Maybe 1 free oil change a year.
Ahmad, Ray and all the others who worked on my car in the broiling heat were amazing and provided excellent customer service. Ahmad explained every step and answered all my questions with expertise and simplicity. The teamwork in the shop was fluid ( One band, One sound) you could see they truly like each other. They all pitched in a hand where needed and left me the customer feeling like I was the focal point and that the care of my car was being addressed at all times.
