My experience has always been lovely and I just love the respect that the employers give to me especially the young lady that’s in Fayetteville location and always the gentleman’s that was at Union City location. I have been at the Union City location ever since the door is open and now I’ve been going around to get my oil change at the other locations but the best ones are Fayetteville in Union City so far for me. I had a bad experience at the Peachtree city one I hope that location learn how to give. Customer service attention to people they were very rude to me the Peachtree city location but other than that I give take five or 100% of doing a very good job the company
Yesterday, I took my Lincoln Nautilus in for an oil change and Take 5 did a phenomenal job. The staff was affable, courteous and extremely Professional. The team was detailed and seemed work well together. They were super efficient and all services offered were explained thoroughly. I have been with them for years and this will continue to be my go-to shop for oil, filter, and other fluid changes. 👍🏾👍🏾
I’ve been coming to the Fayetteville location for over a year now , and no matter what day or time I go I always get great service from the crew. I love the way they tell you what is best for your vehicle, but still let you decide without being forced into something that I may not be able to afford at that moment. They check my fluids and tires and top off if needed. I always go either on my way to work or on my lunch break, they get me in and out fast without compromising great service. Customer service is very important to me, and that’s why I keep coming back. K.Hayes 🇬🇧
