I have been a recurring customer of Take 5 Oil Change - Dalton for nearly 5 years. I have taken 4 different vehicles over to this location over that time period and will continue to utilize them going forward. I have always had great service from all of the crew and always feel treated like a friend, not just a customer. Prior to coming here, if I was not performing my own oil changes, I was using dealership maintenance teams and had multiple issues. I was skeptical to come to Take 5 knowing the reputation of quick lube shops, but from the very first oil change I was left satisfied. I have had the crew perform darn near every engine oil & air filter (both engine & cabin) change for all of my vehicles (both personal & company vehicles) over the last 5 years. Also had multiple coolant flush & refills and differential oil changes performed over that same period. The team always did the jobs in a professional and satisfactory manner, and have gained my full trust over the years.
We had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! A special thank you to Andy, the Lead Tech, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. We were offered water right away, got service immediately, and were impressed by how smoothly everything went. Andy took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of our questions with patience and a smile. Also, a big thank you to Juaking for the excellent service and positive attitude! It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and genuinely customer-focused. We’ll definitely be coming back to see Andy and his team. Great job, guys! 👏🚗💨
As always, the Service Manager and his staff worked quickly and thoroughly. Upon inspection, I needed an air filter (like really needed one). They had it in stock and installed the new one in no time. I requested new wiper blades and they gave me a buy one get one on the nice rain-x wipers. Smooth process. Third time I’ve been there and I’ll keep going back. (For reference, I’m an ex-service manager at Pepboys, so I know how service should be, and this location does it the right way.)
