Oil Change in Dalton, GA at 2703 Airport Rd.

I have been a recurring customer of Take 5 Oil Change - Dalton for nearly 5 years. I have taken 4 different vehicles over to this location over that time period and will continue to utilize them going forward. I have always had great service from all of the crew and always feel treated like a friend, not just a customer. Prior to coming here, if I was not performing my own oil changes, I was using dealership maintenance teams and had multiple issues. I was skeptical to come to Take 5 knowing the reputation of quick lube shops, but from the very first oil change I was left satisfied. I have had the crew perform darn near every engine oil & air filter (both engine & cabin) change for all of my vehicles (both personal & company vehicles) over the last 5 years. Also had multiple coolant flush & refills and differential oil changes performed over that same period. The team always did the jobs in a professional and satisfactory manner, and have gained my full trust over the years.

We had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! A special thank you to Andy, the Lead Tech, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. We were offered water right away, got service immediately, and were impressed by how smoothly everything went. Andy took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of our questions with patience and a smile. Also, a big thank you to Juaking for the excellent service and positive attitude! As always, the Service Manager and his staff worked quickly and thoroughly. Upon inspection, I needed an air filter (like really needed one). They had it in stock and installed the new one in no time. I requested new wiper blades and they gave me a buy one get one on the nice rain-x wipers. Smooth process. Third time I’ve been there and I’ll keep going back. (For reference, I’m an ex-service manager at Pepboys, so I know how service should be, and this location does it the right way.)

I absolutely love take 5 ever since I got my car I went there for an oil change and they seen a few other things that needed to be done and also gave me a great deal on it!!! But inbetween my oil changes I’m able to pull-up at any given time to get air in my tires and they check my oil or anything other questions I have they always answer them and they are very helpful and respectful! When I leave take 5 I always feel like I’m driving that much safer on the roads! Thank you guys so much!

i had the most friendly people help me a couple days ago! i don't remember everyone's names, but they all made sure to offer us water several times. Ryan (if i remember his name correctly) was extremely helpful and kind and explained everything to me. If i had questions he always answered them or if I was getting another service done to my car he made sure to explain its purpose or would show me the difference it made. Thank y'all very much :)
