I arrived shortly before closing and the staff were very polite and professional. After my oil change, the staff also checked my windshield cleaner fluid and noticed that the hose was detached preventing me from using that feature I thought I’d have to take my car back to the dealership for repair. They connected the hose and it started working fine (they saved me $$$ and a trip to the dealership). Service was a 10 out of 10.
I have been a recurring customer of Take 5 Oil Change - Dalton for nearly 5 years. I have taken 4 different vehicles over to this location over that time period and will continue to utilize them going forward. I have always had great service from all of the crew and always feel treated like a friend, not just a customer. Prior to coming here, if I was not performing my own oil changes, I was using dealership maintenance teams and had multiple issues. I was skeptical to come to Take 5 knowing the reputation of quick lube shops, but from the very first oil change I was left satisfied. I have had the crew perform darn near every engine oil & air filter (both engine & cabin) change for all of my vehicles (both personal & company vehicles) over the last 5 years. Also had multiple coolant flush & refills and differential oil changes performed over that same period. The team always did the jobs in a professional and satisfactory manner, and have gained my full trust over the years.
We had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! A special thank you to Andy, the Lead Tech, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. We were offered water right away, got service immediately, and were impressed by how smoothly everything went. Andy took the time to explain every step of the process and answered all of our questions with patience and a smile. Also, a big thank you to Juaking for the excellent service and positive attitude! It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and genuinely customer-focused. We’ll definitely be coming back to see Andy and his team. Great job, guys! 👏🚗💨
