Very smooth experience for a female. When we pulled in, they offered a bottle of water while we waited. Gave my Lab child some dog bones. Ryan explained everything very simply and didn’t try to bombard me with upselling, however, did offer products that would be best for my high mileage car. Leeland was very thorough with double checking under the hood. They seemed to work very well as a team and I liked their humorous personalities! Thank you guys ! I’ll be back
Great Service from Take5 Oil Change. We were in and out in no time. Shout out to Carlos for going above and beyond for us! I would also like to add, that all of the hard working employees deserve more than just 1 very small fan hanging in the corner of the building. I understand its an outside Job but maybe multiple bigger fans throughout. Again thank you Carlos!!! 5star
I arrived shortly before closing and the staff were very polite and professional. After my oil change, the staff also checked my windshield cleaner fluid and noticed that the hose was detached preventing me from using that feature I thought I’d have to take my car back to the dealership for repair. They connected the hose and it started working fine (they saved me $$$ and a trip to the dealership). Service was a 10 out of 10.
