When I got to this place, I was. The other location it told me they did not Service Volkswagen beetles at all. I called this location and they stated yes we can service your car. Not only did they service my car but they made me feel so warm and special and I would bring my car back to them over and over again, I have a 2017 blue Volkswagen beetle and they service my car and also gave me extra points of what I need to do with my car. He also gave me the history of what was going on with my car and what they could do for my car future wise I will totally completely recommend this establishment, but only the one in Conyers Georgia.
You guys are awesome! Everybody was on point and friendly and even went overboard and I appreciate you guys so much. I definitely will make this my go to place! So whoever your boss is tell them, I said to give you guys a free lunch.. and that particular day was scorching hot, And you guys make sure that your customers stayed Hydrated by offering us water free of charge you don’t get that kind of service that much in today’s world so I thank you so much for making me feel welcome!
Oil and a couple of filter changes.... The customer service was amazing. I was greeted within 5 minutes of pulling up, maybe less. I love the way they assist one another. The employees looked very comfortable leaning on one another although they each held their own. As a former General Manger it's something that I pushed my team to do. I felt safe taking my car there and I will most definitely be joining the Take 5 customer list. I do have a suggestion. Get them an office. It's super hot out and eventually it will get super cold. They deserve it. Also, It was a little confusing as a first time customer on where to start. Yes, there are arrows showing customers where to pull up but how do customers know the protocol if they've never been to a take 5? The arrows aren't enough. It's a little intimidating for a first timer because I didn't want to walk into a hazardous space and bother the technicians but I also wanted to do the right thing. Thank goodness for the young lady that approached quickly and so professionally after I pulled up because I might have pulled away not knowing if I was doing things correctly. Overall, you have an amazing team at the Conyers location ❤️
