Oil and a couple of filter changes.... The customer service was amazing. I was greeted within 5 minutes of pulling up, maybe less. I love the way they assist one another. The employees looked very comfortable leaning on one another although they each held their own. As a former General Manger it's something that I pushed my team to do. I felt safe taking my car there and I will most definitely be joining the Take 5 customer list. I do have a suggestion. Get them an office. It's super hot out and eventually it will get super cold. They deserve it. Also, It was a little confusing as a first time customer on where to start. Yes, there are arrows showing customers where to pull up but how do customers know the protocol if they've never been to a take 5? The arrows aren't enough. It's a little intimidating for a first timer because I didn't want to walk into a hazardous space and bother the technicians but I also wanted to do the right thing. Thank goodness for the young lady that approached quickly and so professionally after I pulled up because I might have pulled away not knowing if I was doing things correctly. Overall, you have an amazing team at the Conyers location ❤️

Notice to all my fellow Conyerians. Although not an absolute fan of the integrity and moral compass of the upper leadership within this franchise, this location has a true gem of leadership that gives me hope of a brighter day a’ coming’. I’ve been attempting to change my brake pads on my Cadillac for about 3 days but for the life of me couldn’t remove the lugs on one of my tires. I arrived to an immaculately clean shop with every person dressed for success and following procedures in the rain I might add. I didn’t purchase anything but requested the expertise of the manager (John) to help me by using a power tool to pull the sword from the stone. He was busy as usual but in expert manner knew to use a pry bar instead to protect the power tool and my wheels from damage. Problem solved with some old fashion courtesy service without question or denial. I wish I could say it was just my lucky day but this guy is just abundantly gallant and it reflects on the entire building. I truly appreciate the 5 minutes of your time helping a disabled man stop his car safely. If you want quick, professional, and honest service to any and all model vehicles… this is it. Thank you so much brother and please continue to be the example for those that don’t possess your level of decency and dedication. Hopefully this makes the Monday slide lol. Perfect experience, no exaggeration. Greeted promptly, car was worked on immediately. They talked me through EVERYTHING! They were efficient and I would have LOVED if they offered other services bc I honestly enjoyed my 15 mins through and through. Also they gave use cold bottled waters while waiting which was not unnoticed. First time going and will definitely not be my last! This is my oil change to go spot in Conyers!
