I don’t know where to start. I needed an oil change at the last minute and only felt blessed pulling up to this location. The manager Jen was amazing !!she greeted Me with a smile and a cold water! Mitch, Dorian, and Kevin , were so knowledgeable and were extremely professional and helpful. I feel like this is a place that I can trust and I will definitely only get my oil changes here in Conyers location! Thank you guys for being so professional and helpful. So appreciated.🥰🥰🥰
The service from all 3 was courteous and professional. They were knowledgeable and I appreciate that they did an overall inspection of my vehicle and provided recommendations of what would soon be needed. They showed me the clean oil after it was changed and showed me my filters to confirm what was done and would be needed in the future which established trust in the work they performed. Took time to answers my questions, they cleaned my windshield before leaving and I appreciated the coupons they offered online. They even offered to reset my oil life. It was great service all the way around. Will definitely return and will also recommend this location to others.
This was my first visit to Take 5. My experience was very good. The gentleman greeted me with a smile and a cold bottle of water. They give you every step by step what they are doing. When the one tech is finished another Tech comes over and verify every thing is done and put back in place. This place is well raned and organized. Now the price!! Was a little on the high side for me, however while I was sitting there I got a 25 $ coupon from their website. Win Win!! Great Job ladies and gentlemen at the Conyers Ga Hwy 138 Take 5.
