Oil Change in Acworth, GA at 3471 Cobb Parkway NW

As usual we received very prompt, informative and friendly service when we got our oil changed at this location. BUT…..as we pulled out on to the road I heard a loud noise that I assumed was a vehicle in the area with a turbo exhaust. Well…..I soon realized it was MY CAR!!! When I accelerated I would hear this loud rumbling coming from under the hood/ engine area. Well immediately turned around and went back to Take 5. We opened the hood and my husband discovered the air filter had not been installed correctly and a gap was causing the issue. Luckily that was all it was but we did bring it to the technicians attention and truly hope they educate/retrain the staff on this issue avoidable mishap. Kinda shook us up.

Best service overall! You go here and there trying to find a good place, and lo and behold — I finally found it! Everyone had a great attitude, amazing personalities, and created a playful, fun environment while still taking great care of my car. They kept both me and my wallet at ease by clearly explaining everything I needed based on their system, without making me feel pressured or confused. I love the take 5 in Acworth Ga! The customer service is always top notch I actually drive past 2 other take 5 to go to the Acworth one because no matter who I have ever had help me, I have always received the same service! Today I went in to get an oil change due to a family trip to realize by Veronica that I actually was not due until another 2500 miles. She was kind enough to say though since your here we ca check you fluids and top you off with oil for free! In the. Pull up and see Grayson who has helped me multiple times and he recognized me. We fist bumped and exchanged salutations!! I appreciate the extra effort and service provided. They could ga easily charged me for an oil change and never said nothing today but they did the right thing and you don’t see that in car industry nowadays!

The service I received was excellent. Juice was my service attendant and she was friendly and knowledgeable. I got an oil change, coolant flush, and new cabin filter. I only went in for an oil change but they definitely took the time to explain and show me why it was time for the coolant flush. Truthfully, Im not so sure I needed the new cabin filter but since they were not pushy about the sale at all, I said sure since it has not been changed in five years. The filter was a little pricey but I feel the other services were a good value. I also like the fact they routinely text me coupons.

A special thank you to the manager, Red, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free.
