I personally dont know much about my truck even though I am driving every day to commute. So when I got there for change engine oil, they explained really detail and very kind. The transparency of the information that I need to know is most important for me and I appreciate they shared the information and had me decide what to do. Because not just my engine oil due, it turned out the fluid of steering wheel got completely black. I even didnt know there was a fluid for that!.. I will definately visit there next time the engine oil due and let them take care of rare differential service too as they recommended.
Taylor, Drew & Ace were amazing! They did my oil change so fast and so thorough. Taylor explained what everything meant. Drew did a great job with hospitality and preforming the oil change. Ace made sure that everything was done right through out the process! Take 5 is the best. The only place I’ll take my cars for oil changes. They do a full inspection, wiper fluid, air filters, tire pressure, they were even able to identify an oil leak. All for the price of an oil change. While you sit in your car! Amazing.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service! I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The entire team was professional, kind, polite, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special recognition goes to Manager Gary, Taylor, and Ayden. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude truly stood out. They took the time to provide great service and made the entire experience quick, easy, and pleasant. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely understands the importance of excellent customer service. Gary leads a great team, and Taylor and Ayden are excellent representatives of the company. I highly recommend this Take 5 Oil Change location to anyone looking for professional, courteous, and reliable service. I will definitely be coming back! Five stars — well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
