I just left take 5. Austin & Kristian were amazing. My vehicle sometimes is hard to have the filter or oil. They checked all the inventory and went above and beyond to see if they had it. I have been in the dealership sales and service industry for 30 years and you don’t see too many people who go above and beyond specially in 114 degrees weather. They were nice helpful and respectful. Take 5 you have some great people working for you. You should be proud. Even though they couldn’t help me. I would go back and recommend anyone to them.
Melissa Corrado,I had an oil change the service was impeccable the store manager's name was Kevin Robinson with one other associate they both were very nice very professional I took my butt house Subaru that is a top-of-the-line motor so I want to keep it up to date on all the maintenance and they double-checked everything my Subaru is sitting at 7 7 4. 0 0 0 I would take it from Florida to California right now no worries. Since I did receive such excellent service I am going to be coming and bringing in my father's Jeep Cherokee so that he can start getting oil changes awesome. She spoke through each thing they were doing and made sure I was hydrated with water( it was super hot outside) and she notice I was a vet and they honored me as a vet all together by saying thank you for my service. I will return because she was so thorough with her job and made sure I felt comfortable. She also knew her stuff. Great job Miss K.

Checked the air in all my tires checked the fluids, my oil, of course and my windshield wiper fluid refilling it. they were very professional courteous and had a lot to say with a smile I’m so thankful I stopped in today.
Fox Sterling,I took a chance and went to the Erlich Rd Location and it looked like nobody was there but one person servicing a vehicle, I then went to the Dale Mabry Location where again I sat for over 30 minutes when there were four people working. I spoke to Customer Service, who was supposed to call me back who never did! I will continue to use this location as I have been for the last year, Seems like they’re the only ones that know what they’re doing and are courteous and knowledgeable to their customers! They greeted me. They offered me a water where every other location ignored me, and didn’t even acknowledge. I was there.
