I had a great experience at Take 5 thanks to Traine and Zay. They did a great job taking care of my Mustang before a long road trip, and I really appreciate the way they treated me. It was a Saturday afternoon, when most people are wrapping up their week and heading home, but these guys were still out here working hard, taking care of customers, and doing it all with a smile. People like Traine and Zay deserve to be recognized and appreciated. They play an important role in keeping people, families, and our roads safe, and they should be proud of the work they do every day. Great service, great attitude, and a great team. Take 5 is lucky to have them!
Most likely everyone that has been to a fast oil change place where you wait in the car will tell you the same thing. After pushing the most expensive plan and telling you soooo many things you need such as wipers and filters for sure you just continue to say just an oil change. However as hard as it may be to believe I actually had this company tell me they would be happy to do an oil change for me but it wasn’t necessary right now. It was two months or a thousand miles too soon. I am so impressed with their honesty, professionalism and friendliness that I will continue to return. I’m also a senior and this kind of thing just doesn’t happen to us anymore. So many try to take advantage and you have to be very careful.
I had use Take 5 before. They are fast, professional yet friendly, I ask if I got a discount for being a return customer and they gave me a 10% discount. Yes, it is a little expensive, but I'm willing to pay that for the convenience. I feel like I can trust them now. This was my 2nd or 3rd time. I Will recommend them to my friends.
