I have only had 3 oil changes with my new car and this time the gentleman told me that I should have a fluid flush every 50k miles since I recently hit 100k. That made me feel like he cared and I appreciated finding that out. A few days later I got an email from Take 5 saying I could have a free copy of my carfax! I already have one and it indeed said nothing of any fluid flushes performed so, we're gonna get that done so my engine doesn't suffer! Thanks Take 5 North Monroe!
What a great crew! One young man met me when I drove up with a bottle of water, quickly got my information, and guided me into a bay. I stopped in for an oil change. They checked all of my filters, filled my washer fluid, checked my tires, and changed my oil in a very reasonable amount of time. Friendly and professional staff, everyone was great! See you guys in 9500 miles!
This was great, I have used a couple of different Take 5’s and this one has great customer service. While I waited one the car ahead of me, one of the guys came out with a cold bottle of water for me if I wanted and I did. I was only there for a total of 20 mins. at the most. They checked everything on the list and I was good to go.
