The gentleman at Take 5 were very professional, worked quickly and were very kind and polite. The manager explained everything to me each step of the way. This is why I am a repeat customer. Rashad greeted me with a smile and cold bottle of water! Perks++++!!!!! It's just really nice to go somewhere and be treated well. The store manager is doing a great job! See you guys soon for the free top offs!!!!! North Monroe Tallahassee store.
I was greeted and given a bottle of water right away. I got my oil change quickly and efficiently. When it was done I asked Desean to check my battery since it seemed hesitant when starting. He told me it was from 2016. My car was a 2020 Nissan. The battery failed and Desean jumped it. He offered to put it in for me if Auto Zone wouldn’t. Nice of him. Got a new battery installed at Auto Zone.
Took my 2005 Titan truck in for a service. All went well, so I thought. On the way home my truck started running rough after I made another stop. After examining under the hood I discovered that a vacuum hose had been pulled off. I was afraid I might have lost some oil given that it went to the right side head of the engine. I reinstalled it and drove 20 miles back to Take 5. All turned out ok and I didn't lose any oil. It caused a misfire on cylinder 2 according to the device the tech was utilizing to reset the service engine soon light. I'm sure it was an accidental mistake, but at 69 years old I was worried I wasn't going to make it home given how it was running with the misfire.
