Oil Change Service Sorrento Rd

Driving home from lighthouse, my light came on my car stating I need an oil change. Was sitting at the light on Blue Angels Pkwy, saw Take 5. Well, I'm just sitting in traffic, so I pulled into Take 5. Two young men helped me. Both were sweet and kind. Professionally, but friendly, told me what my vehicle needed. Then asked if the vent for the intake air was ever checked. (It's under my dash on passenger side), I said I didn't know anything about it. So with permission, he checked it. Yuck, it was really dirty and I'm breathing that! Yes please install a new one. They changed my oil and the intake air filter and I was on my way. Traffic had cleared by then and the 2 men made an great impact on me. Take 5 on Blue Angels Pkwy will be my GO-TO for oil changes etc. Thank you guys gor such a positive experience and taking care of my vehicle and ME. God bless you both!

John B was one of the kindest gentlemen I’ve encountered at Take 5, various locations across south alabama and Florida panhandle. He was attentive, affluent in his knowledge which enabled him to make accurate and helpful recommendations, and he smiled while he did it. Good customer service is hard to find these days, much less “great” customer service. I count this experience as EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The whole team gave my co-pilot-pup, Mav, some love through the window and even offered up an extra bottle of water for him which he lapped up immediately. Thanks, John B. And team!

I appreciated the superior knowledge and skill of both technicians on site. They replaced my cabin filter which despite 10 years of mechanical service no one has checked until now. It was disgusting what I was breathing in. Take 5 really looked out for me as a customer. Price is a bit higher but for the quality of service, I won't be going back to my old places. This is where I will take my vehicles.from now on. Great folks.

I recently visited Shop #964 for an oil change, and Dylan was wonderful. He was kind, professional, and respectful, making me feel at ease the entire time. The service was efficient, and he gave me helpful tips about the car. Dylan even corrected a wrong from a previous visit, and I was truly surprised and appreciative. I highly commend his and the other gentleman's great attitude—they both made the visit exceptional! Sorry, Dylan, if I spelled your name wrong!

service was amazing, they took their time and made sure i was set. even did a free coolant flush when they checked the quality and saw it was awful. had a pleasant conversation about school while John B almost broke his shoulder trying to change my cabin air filter. dissed foreign cars as he was halfway hanging out of one. he’s the goat. it’ll always be a pleasure when working with these gentleman. you get car service and a show. ;)
