First time ever going to a Take 5, but can assure you it won't be my last. Before I could even pull up to the bay a service technician name Kendra met me with a bottle of water and then explained the cost of oil and asked if I was still interested. From the moment I pulled into the bay and until the time I left the customer service was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable and always made sure that I knew what I was getting for my truck. The manager Daniel, came to assist with the safety inspection and give me information about my oil and was extremely accommodating in working with me. Again first time at a Take 5, but I can assure you if they're all this first class I will definitely be going there for my next oil change!
Driving home from lighthouse, my light came on my car stating I need an oil change. Was sitting at the light on Blue Angels Pkwy, saw Take 5. Well, I'm just sitting in traffic, so I pulled into Take 5. Two young men helped me. Both were sweet and kind. Professionally, but friendly, told me what my vehicle needed. Then asked if the vent for the intake air was ever checked. (It's under my dash on passenger side), I said I didn't know anything about it. So with permission, he checked it. Yuck, it was really dirty and I'm breathing that! Yes please install a new one. They changed my oil and the intake air filter and I was on my way. Traffic had cleared by then and the 2 men made an great impact on me. Take 5 on Blue Angels Pkwy will be my GO-TO for oil changes etc. Thank you guys gor such a positive experience and taking care of my vehicle and ME. God bless you both!

He was attentive, affluent in his knowledge which enabled him to make accurate and helpful recommendations, and he smiled while he did it. Good customer service is hard to find these days, much less “great” customer service. I count this experience as EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The whole team gave my co-pilot-pup, Mav, some love through the window and even offered up an extra bottle of water for him which he lapped up immediately. Thanks, John B. And team!
