This is the 2nd time I’ve got my oil change here, and they’ve done great both times. I used to be ASM at take 5 in Orlando and Merritt island, trained at corporate in North Carolina, so I know the difference between techs who know what they’re doing and don’t. Cade was my service writer, and cam had been pit tech both times for me. Cade really knew what he was talking about and it’s refreshing that I get the same experience here as my shop in Orlando. Also, they check rear diffs now, which we didn’t do back then, so that’s nice too.
First time ever going to a Take 5, but can assure you it won't be my last. Before I could even pull up to the bay a service technician name Kendra met me with a bottle of water and then explained the cost of oil and asked if I was still interested. From the moment I pulled into the bay and until the time I left the customer service was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable and always made sure that I knew what I was getting for my truck. The manager Daniel, came to assist with the safety inspection and give me information about my oil and was extremely accommodating in working with me. Again first time at a Take 5, but I can assure you if they're all this first class I will definitely be going there for my next oil change!
The team did a great job! Cam represented Take 5 well. They all did. Well done men! I’m gonna go ahead and edit this real quick while I’m still here…then the owner came in gripping and criticizing the team that just did a great job in front of everybody. Poor representation. I’m gonna leave 5 stars because that’s the good work the men did.
