Oil Change in Pensacola, FL at 6891 N 9th Ave

This was my first time going to a place like this for an oil change. So I will tell you my experience but keep in mind that I don't have anything to compare it to. I went there because the coupon and the flyer SAID 5 minutes. The guys that work here were very friendly, and they did a good job. So customer service was was 5 star. But it took a lot longer than 5 minutes and this company really pushes the up sale. Oil changes start at $55.95 but the salesperson who comes up to your window starts out telling you about the premium oil change and that one starts at $124.95. Then $104, then $90, and THEN the smaller number at the bottom (it's literally at the bottom and much smaller print) is the economy oil change starting at $55.95. And they tried to sell me an air filter ($34. something) and then some antifreeze (because mine is mostly water according to the test they run) And after I said no to those things and no to the more expensive oil change options, they offered to sell me windshield wipers for $20. I did need new ones and I don't know how much they would cost elsewhere, so I did buy wiper blades. I probably also need a new air filter and new antifreeze too, but I drove in there thinking it would cost around $60 and take about 5 minutes 😅 45 minutes later I paid $73 (using the 30% off coupon!!) and left hoping $55 oil is "okay" for a few months.

I didn’t get his name but he had curly hair he was very polite and helpful while working on the vehicle that was in front of me he came to check on me and let me know that it wouldn’t be very long of a wait He also offered me a water Till it was my turn He explained to me the things that I didn’t understand about my vehicle and told me what was going on step-by-step. I appreciate that kind of customer service I will be coming back. Keep up the great work.

The assistant manager (James as I recall) went out of his way to help. I could not have been more pleased. Also a special shout out to Caleb! They delivered the kind of service that is so lacking in today’s culture. Whoever hired them made the right choices.

Mason was very helpful - I had previously gotten an oil change here but the cold overnight made my tires low, I swung by in the morning - no line and they topped off my tires and replaced a missing cap on one.

Caleb and Cane were amazing. They kept me informed and in the long run, saved me alot of money on future repairs! Because of Caleb and Cane, I'll be back. They both deserve a raise. A++++++
