This was my first visit, and what a great experience. My service advisor was Callie, and she did an amazing job - she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel like the pricing was reasonable especially considering that it is so convenient and the customer service being top notch. They even gave me a bottle of water as a courtesy! I definitely recommend, and happy that I have found my go to oil change spot. They also do other services like air filters, fluid services and wipers. Super convenient and no waiting for hours to have your car serviced. Thank you!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS — EXCELLENT SERVICE! Big shoutout to Khadija, Cedric, and Chuck (ASM)! This team knows how to take care of business! Professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. I'm not even exaggerating when I say the service was so good, I actually talked myself into buying a service I didn't even need, just so I could hang out a little longer! 😂🤣 They didn't even have to sell me anything — I sold it to myself! Now THAT'S an experience! Seriously, outstanding customer service from start to finish. These three deserve recognition, a raise, and maybe even a paid vacation! 😂💯 Keep up the great work! After making a trip to Walmart for a oil change I had scheduled I found out after waiting one hour that they didn’t have my oil or filter . With limited time available I seen Take 5 had no line. I was immediately greeted by Catherine and let her know what happened at Walmart . Before even doing any service she said let me check and make sure we have that oil. I went ahead and pulled in and she spoke with Red who was checking me in and seeing what oil I needed and if they had it available. Red seen they didn’t have enough to complete the service so she called over to autozone to get some quickly for my car. After they gave her a hard time and the run around she made the decision for one of the employees to run over and grab it fast so I wouldn’t have to wait long. Red was amazing!! She kept me informed the whole time kept apologizing for the delay and assured me she was doing what she could to get me in and out. With everything going wrong with autozone she kept her cool and was an amazing tech!! A leader and showing her fellow employees how to handle the situation in the best she could . I just want to thank Red and those amazing ladies for going above and beyond for me!! As I was pulling off I heard her say how nice I was. Thank you Red!!! This is the type of customer service that will make me come back and recommend Take 5 to my friends and Family over Walmart! Red deserves a raise and to be recognized for the amazing job and customer service she showed to me!!
