The maintenance personnel were very kind and accommodating especially in the hot weather, they offered cold bottles of water and a fan was on per station to help keep the clients cool during service. Service was quick and it was very noticeable that they working as a Team to get the job done. SM Dee, Devonte and James were who worked on my car and they were excellent !
A really good group of dudes. Polite and helpful every time. Which is why *cough cough corporate* they really deserve to have some sort of AC or at least some sort of large fan system. Its very hot in that brick building and the guys are working under freshly driven hot vehicles. Help em out. 👍🏼
This was my first time going to a place like this for an oil change. So I will tell you my experience but keep in mind that I don't have anything to compare it to. I went there because the coupon and the flyer SAID 5 minutes. The guys that work here were very friendly, and they did a good job. So customer service was was 5 star. But it took a lot longer than 5 minutes and this company really pushes the up sale. Oil changes start at $55.95 but the salesperson who comes up to your window starts out telling you about the premium oil change and that one starts at $124.95. Then $104, then $90, and THEN the smaller number at the bottom (it's literally at the bottom and much smaller print) is the economy oil change starting at $55.95. And they tried to sell me an air filter ($34. something) and then some antifreeze (because mine is mostly water according to the test they run) And after I said no to those things and no to the more expensive oil change options, they offered to sell me windshield wipers for $20. I did need new ones and I don't know how much they would cost elsewhere, so I did buy wiper blades. I probably also need a new air filter and new antifreeze too, but I drove in there thinking it would cost around $60 and take about 5 minutes 😅 45 minutes later I paid $73 (using the 30% off coupon!!) and left hoping $55 oil is "okay" for a few months.
