I was so happy to have been reccomended this place and before i went there i read there reviews and was blown away by all there reviews and i can see why. I usually take my car to Daytona from Edgewater for an oil change i wont say who but i used to pay 275.00 for n oil change i was told it was because he uses a special equipment to such out the oil and my car uses 9 quats of European Syntetic oil. I wont be going back to my mechanic for no more oil change. I felt more elite at take than i ever did at my old mercedese mechanic in Daytona. I saw everything they did even told me yhere was barely any reports registetrd with car fax not knowing what that was. I was educatex by Kayle who took the time to show me n explain it to me. Wow. Is all i can say. Take 5 deserves more than 5 stars highly knowlagable, patient and profeshional business opperation. In todays world its very difficult to find honest decent hard working people you can trust to work on you valuable possessions. Keep up the amazing work. Referd to you by Albert T a good friend in my neighbourhood.
With my oil light on and it already being around 7:20 PM, I was lucky enough to find this place. Eric immediately took care of the issue, and his coworker completed my oil change. What an attentive, professional, and genuinely kind young gentleman! The customer service was excellent, especially considering how late it was. They made sure I was taken care of and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I live in Deltona, but after this experience, I’m more than willing to drive all the way to New Smyrna Beach just to have my oil changed here from now on. Thank you, Eric and team, for the excellent service, professionalism, and attention to your customers. You definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you ever want a practical lesson in leadership, visit Alex and crew here in NSB. This team is so communicative and positive, which is a real testament to the environment he's created. Several times during our service, I heard Alex thank his team and tell them what a great job they were doing. He also told us about additional shops opening in the area and how he was excited to give folks on his team opportunities to advance. Such a great experience!
