This was my first time going to take 5... I didn't want to spend all day in the delearship so I decided to try them out! I'm sure glad I did! I went to the location on 98 N. Lakeland, fl. Zach the new assistant manager! Was amazing! he walked me through the whole process regarding getting my oil change.. my filers were super dirty and he took them out & showed them to me.. most times people tell you what you need but don't break down why you need them! But he did exactly that! My windshield wipers sounded horrible as well... and he took care of those for me too! Everyone was professional & very polite! You can Zach enjoys what he does! I appreciate his patience, him breaking down and explaining everything to me! i didn't find out he was the assistant manager until I was finished, but the whole time you could just tell that he was different, a leader, took charge, was knowledgeable and he has a great personality! Check them out! Tell them Jasmine sent you! you won't be disappointed!
jasmine mccoy,I received some great service here yesterday. Zach approached me as soon as I arrived and told me how long my wait was and offered me a water. The manager (Kenny) even came over and introduced himself. They are very laid back, professional, and friendly. That is the first time I was full of smiles and laughs while I got my oil changed, power steering fluid topped off, and windshield wipers changed. Thanks guys for the awesome service

Enraged Ghandi,The price that I paid which is way too much $85 for my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe sport I could have gone to my dealership and got a 12 point inspection tire rotation done for $10 cheaper than yours price I was disappointed with that the reason I went there was to try to save some money and I ended up spending more . A bad impression
Robert Gonzalez,Under new mgmt. Great experience. Definitely recommend. Excellent customer service. Got me right in, no appointment needed, They have 3 bays open and it’s first come first serve. Manager Damon & staff went the extra mile, offered me a bottle of water As soon as I pulled up and they made sure I was able to use the half off coupon I found online. I was able to stay in my vehicle for an oil change. The young guys are out there working hard. It was very refreshing to have a good experience after the awful experiences I had at Walmart Tire & Lube as well as Midas. But this place - 10/10 recommend - I will definitely be back!
