This was my first time going to take 5... I didn't want to spend all day in the delearship so I decided to try them out! I'm sure glad I did! I went to the location on 98 N. Lakeland, fl. Zach the new assistant manager! Was amazing! he walked me through the whole process regarding getting my oil change.. my filers were super dirty and he took them out & showed them to me.. most times people tell you what you need but don't break down why you need them! But he did exactly that! My windshield wipers sounded horrible as well... and he took care of those for me too! Everyone was professional & very polite! You can Zach enjoys what he does! I appreciate his patience, him breaking down and explaining everything to me! i didn't find out he was the assistant manager until I was finished, but the whole time you could just tell that he was different, a leader, took charge, was knowledgeable and he has a great personality! Check them out! Tell them Jasmine sent you! you won't be disappointed!
The coolest part of Take5 , they are always courtesy! They offer you free water and the physically show you the condition of the components they replace or need replaced IE:( cabin filter, intake air filter, wipers and oil filter, they get you in and get you out. Thank you to the North 98 location in Lakeland FL. The manager even asked if I needed anything to ensure his team taking care of the customer, and for that . We personally say thank you!
I went into Take 5 for an oil change today and Zach , Gio and James were awesome. They explained what services I needed and coached me onto getting the correct services for my vehicle. Very understanding and informative and made me feel as if they were leading me in the right direction to get the best performance out of my car. Thank you so much for your patience and help.
