Josh and Daniel bring exactly the kind of positive energy, knowledge, and warm welcome you hope for when you arrive bright and early in the morning. During my visit, I also watched them help a customer beside me with tremendous care, patience, and guidance. No egos, no high pressure sales, just genuine customer service. What also stood out was their teamwork and communication, the clear safety callouts as they worked through their checklist, the coordination between them, and the quick, efficient in and out service. This is what a professional team and two incredible employees look like. They set an example worth following. A big shout out to both of them for doing an incredible job and making everyone feel welcome. Their hospitality, charisma, and sincere care for their customers really stand out. There’s a reason I bring my fleet vehicles here, and Josh and Daniel are a big part of it. I look forward to seeing them both on my next visit!

Outstanding Service! David Made Me a Customer for Life! Absolutely fantastic experience at Take 5! From the second I pulled in, the two gentlemen working this location were on top of their game. They immediately offered me a bottle of water, greeted me with a great attitude, and got right to work. I let them know it was a fleet vehicle, and they handled everything like absolute pros. Even while waiting for fleet approval to come back, they weren't standing around. They were already checking things, getting everything ready, and taking care of business. No wasted time whatsoever! Their attitudes were on point! Super friendly, extremely professional, quick, and efficient. Honestly, you would've thought you were at a full-service mechanic shop with the way these guys were working. They were moving like a well-oiled machine! They even checked my cabin air filter, found it was extremely dirty, and got it replaced. They paid attention to the little things and made sure everything was taken care of. I especially want to recognize David, who was the main gentleman helping me. His professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service were second to none. The other gentleman working alongside him was equally impressive. These two make one heck of a team! Management needs to recognize these guys because they're doing an exceptional job representing the company. They're on top of their stuff, and it shows! David made me a customer for life! It's refreshing to find people who genuinely care about doing a great job. Take 5 should be proud to have these two on their team. I'll absolutely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone!

This was the best experience I have ever had with an oil change. Taina was amazing! She explained everything that was going to be done, and answered my questions; without making me feel either stupid, or a nuisance. I liked that when all is said and done; another mechanic does a safety check, to ensure all is as it should be before the car gets back on the road. The price was very reasonable considering all that was done: oil change, fluids check, tires checked and filled, air filter change (it was needed), windshield washed. A great team providing great service. If my next visit (mid-miles check) with my local Take 5 goes as well as this first experience with Take 5; you'll get a lifetime customer out of me.
