I am from Michigan and needed an Oil change before I head back to Michigan. I usually always go to a Chevrolet dealership, but they could not get me in. I rolled the dice on this place. Best decision. I think Maya was the woman who helped me with another gentleman and both were amazingly professional and super respectful. They were very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me something I did not need. It was a quick and great experience. I recommend them to anybody.
I had a five-star experience with my oil change today and I have to give a special shoutout to Rose and China for the exceptional service. From the moment I pulled in, Rose and China made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing without any pressure or unnecessary upsells. Their attention to detail and ability to get the job done right the first time really stood out.. If you want honest service, skilled technicians, and a team that actually treats you like a person, this is the place. Rose and China set the bar. Five stars, no question.
I went to get an oil change ,and I pulled in and sat there for quite some time .I asked how long before they did my oil change , and he said I was next .prob about 10 more mins .the female manager that was in charge gave me half off for me waiting so long .that was super nice of her .and it was burning hot outside so at this point I was so ready to go the guy doing my oil change was also nice .I forget his name as well .I will be returning for my next oil change .
