Oil Change in Jacksonville, FL at 1555 Dunn Avenue

Great service was a little busy when I arrived around 12:40 but was quickly greeted with a bottle of water and a friendly Attitude while sitting in a line for about 35 minutes worker guy came over and asked me to swap lanes with another car who had just come in because I had already been sitting there waiting and he wanted to make sure that I would be taken next. I thought that was very sweet of him, even though I was all the way in the corner at the end .even on a busy day he paid attention to what he was doing, and kept all his customers in order. everyone was very helpful and very respectful. I am not good with names, but I want to thank everyone that was there on June 26.26 You’re all awesome.

Mr Dale( big guy with long braided hair)and Mr.Luis (older porta Rico short haircut )is very Professional and help my daughter and I ,This is the only place I get my oil service done.each time they treat my Rouge 2019 PERFECT.IT WAS A LOT HIGHER THAN USUAL IAM GLAD MY DAUGHTER HAD COUPON ON CELL AND MR LUIS SCAN FOR HER SHE SHOWED HER 🆔 HE CELL STARTED ACTING UP A LITTLE THE WATER WAS HELPFUL MR.DALE GAVE AND HE LEFT NO OIL ON MY CAR I LOVE THIS PLACE ANYBODY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE , IT'S THEM NOT THIS COMPANY.THANKS FOR NOT MAKING US SUFFER WITH PRICES TO MUCH WITH Oil IN MIDDLE EAST SKY HIGH .I PRAY IT GOES BACK DOWN SOON.

My husband and I went to the Dunn Av location in Jacksonville, Florida and we had the absolute best worker Mr. DAVID he was our technician. He was respectful. Patient very friendly couldn’t ask for a better person to work on My Truck. I definitely look forward to going back and seeing him again however, the supervisor that was on duty yesterday cannot remember his name he must’ve pulled a muscle or something he was in pain. We sat there for over an hour just waiting that was before having our vehicles Oil changed I’ve never seen it so slow but at the end of the day it is what it is. It just gave me an extra hour to be able to spend with my husband on Mother’s Day, but however, it made me late for my Mother’s Day dinner with my mother things happen. I was always told don’t never get mad get glad like a glad like zip bag lol I hope whoever’s reading this has a blessed day as well. I’ll be back in 8000 miles.

I had a much better experience this visit thanks to David. He provided great customer service and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. He checked that all fluids were topped off and made sure the bolts were tightened correctly. During my last visit on 2/13/26, someone didn’t tighten my bolt, which caused an oil leak and damage to my oil pan—so I was understandably concerned coming back. David reassured me and made sure everything was handled the right way this time. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.

Went in for a oil change didn’t take long at all I forgot his name (big guy with the beard) was who helped us and had us laughing and made sure to show me and explain everything definitely have to come back for the next change when ready and some other things my car needs I trust this place and staff
