We just had the best experience from what could have been a bad situation. Came to get my oil changed yesterday and by a unfortunate mistake, the gasket was not placed and caused all the oil to leak out. Had to put oil in to get my truck back to them today. Upon arrival Hunter gave nothing less than exceptional remorse and service to remediate the problem. It is Hunter's professionalism that will keep us coming back to the Dunn Avenue. Mistakes happen but the integrity of how it was resolved is more important to me. Thank you Hunter for making this a positive experience!
DAVID , WILLIAM , AND JACOB DID AMAZING THEY ARE THE REASON I KEEP COMING BACK. DAVID FIXED THINGS THEY DIDNT HAVE TO BE FIXED FOR FREE. He also put air in my tire. They were patient, I didn’t have all my funds together and they were patient with me through the whole process. Also they were fast!!!! Very quick and very kind and professional at all times! I’m not going to any other location. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!
The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, they give you a complimentary bottle of water and they have a fan on you while you're sitting in your car.....once they provided me with excellent customer service,I had a little situation which I taken my car back the next morning and met with the manager who taking the time to look at the situation and went over everything in detail and he also was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, I trust his judgment......I highly recommend this company,I will continue to let them service my car, a job well done...THANK YOU ALL 😀
