Oil Change in Jacksonville, FL at 1555 Dunn Avenue.

We just had the best experience from what could have been a bad situation. Came to get my oil changed yesterday and by a unfortunate mistake, the gasket was not placed and caused all the oil to leak out. Had to put oil in to get my truck back to them today. Upon arrival Hunter gave nothing less than exceptional remorse and service to remediate the problem. It is Hunter's professionalism that will keep us coming back to the Dunn Avenue. Mistakes happen but the integrity of how it was resolved is more important to me. Thank you Hunter for making this a positive experience!

I have been taking my cars and trucks to take five oil change for the past 6 years and i have never not one issue come up with there service or any of the take 5 personal until Wednesday October 16th 2026. When it was time to pay my bill I informed the service that i am a VETERAN and you should see it on my file. This young boy says to me do have a ID? Sure I do go look at my tag, now this was the first time in 6 years that any of take 5 personal question me about my veteran status besides the fist time had my truck serviced there and they filled out my profile. And it says that i am a veteran. So service tech goes and looks at my tag, and I said son you cant be serious your going to go check my tag to see if I'm a veteran when it says right on your computer that i am veteran and he's to me do you have any ID that proves that your a veteran, I said so the profile that take 5 put i their system that Identifies me as a veteran and my tag says that I a veteran is not good enough for you so you want to some form of ID This young boy and I say young boy because that's what is was maybe 19,20 yr old young boy he needs a course in respect and common courtesy because this boy may have just as well come right out and called me a liar. So he walks back up to my widow and says, you were in Afghanistan, I said yes and i was in Iraq and he says you have a ID, YOU GOT TO BE SHITTING ME ! me it says veteran right there in blue letters but if that's not good enough for you here are two more forms of ID. BY This time another veteran walks up to my car asking why didn't he get his veterans 25% off and boy give me this tag looking thing and said what do i do with this he take a picture of it and follow the directions and it will get you a 25% off coupon and one of the other techs no, it doesn't work they haven't worked all day. So i take a picture of it and follow the directions and i do it 3 times and then I give my phone to the boy and let him do it and it doesn't work. So said you have defective system so are you going to give us our veterans 25% discount? he says no I am not, I been turning away veterans discounts all day and if the system does not work it's not my problem. Then he says if you veterans would stop giving away your veterans coupons to people who are not veterans you would not have this problem. I said 6,000 miles ago I was in here and there was no coupons and this the first time that anybody has questioned me about being or not being a veteran. Somebody from the corporate office needs to get down here in jacksonville dunn ave store and straighten this out because there were only 2 veterans in there and this boy says that he was turning down vets all day long for there 25% discount

DAVID , WILLIAM , AND JACOB DID AMAZING THEY ARE THE REASON I KEEP COMING BACK. DAVID FIXED THINGS THEY DIDNT HAVE TO BE FIXED FOR FREE. He also put air in my tire. They were patient, I didn’t have all my funds together and they were patient with me through the whole process. Also they were fast!!!! Very quick and very kind and professional at all times! I’m not going to any other location. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!
