Oil Change in Jacksonville, FL at 8924 San Jose Blvd..

Upon arrival the iced water bottle was extremely welcomed! Next PAUL took intentional action in fulfilling my expectations and his foresight in sharing potential car maintenance was extremely professional and made me feel cared for that. He had the best interest at Hand for my comfort and caring about my vehicle engine needs. I have. I got the radiator flush with the premix antifreeze and water measurements and I drove away, feeling completely cared for and watched out for and respected by Paul and your company’s image has been restored in my minds eye!! I’m referring my friends to my shop where Paul works!!

Ben and Paul are polite, professional, and efficient. Paul is currently working on my car’s oil change and now he’s flushing the coolant system. Paul calls out each step of the process so the customer knows what’s going on. I’ve never experienced such cheer-full professionalism at many retail experiences much less at an oil change business. KUDOS to Take 5 at 8924 San Jose Boulevard. Nice work gentlemen! your military military training is clearly obvious and so appreciated. I really.

Edit: 1 star to 5 star A company of this size will inevitably have employees who do not meet the company’s service standards. I have revised my review in light of a recent email correspondence with district managers. Their sincerity and genuine concern for the matter were evident in their words and actions. This company demonstrates effective leadership. This place is extremely predatory, aggressive, liars, who are also obnoxious, I was told manufacturing requirements for my 2008 Mazda to have full synthetic, I know this too absolutely not be true as in the manual the Internet ChatGPT in any honest human, who knows about this car, knows that that is not the recommended manufacturer requirements. The car only requires standard oil, after requesting standard oil. I was told that they’re not Liable for anything that happens to my car any warranties are void and they can’t be blamed for anything they mess up because I am refusing manufacturer recommendations, I was also told they don’t take coupons on standard oil changes because it’s already so heavily discounted at $62. I looked online it says take five absolutely except coupons on standard oil changes. They’re just a bunch of punks. They refused the 15$ coupon And the ride share coupon The 25$ off does say in the fine print only for full synthetic, but I was told to take five as a whole never accepts any coupons on standard oil changes, the Internet says different
