I always get my oil changed at this place because it’s convenient and they typically give good service and the price Remains relatively the same. However, this time there was some young lady working in the bay, and she was so rude. She tried to mock me for not buying the air cabin filter to the other employees in front of my face. She didn’t even have the courtesy to wait until I drove off. I seriously considered that being my last visit to that location because that’s uncalled for. Has she ever considered I did not want to pay the convenience fee to have them put in the air cabin filter. Maybe I didn’t have enough money. There are a number of factors that could’ve led me to make the decision that I did. Instead of thinking about those options she decided to mock me. I see they’re putting a new location in the Lowe’s parking lot on Phillips Highway. I may go there instead of the one on San Jose.
