Good people. Fast service. Honest, didn’t push the “up sells”. Explained one of my filters was due to be changed but was at about 50% dirty level so didn’t need to be changed immediately but maybe upon my next oil change or two. Didn’t pressure me and that’s what I appreciate the most as we all know in this world every dollar matters. Ken, I appreciate your honesty with me and for that I will always get serviced at a Take 5! Thanks Jhaylan & Derrick for the oil change!!
Been coming to this specific Take 5 for almost 10 years, two different cars. Not gonna lie everyone speaks down on Take 5, but I ALWAYS have a great experience at this one. The team is always diligent, polite, and alwayssss help me out. Yeah they try to upsell, that's their job, but they're never pushy. They always listen the first time I say no, crack me a great deal, and get it done quick and right. Last time I was in here was a real treat, they were having fun but keeping it professional, lead man made sure to call out every next move so everything was safe and secure. Thank you!!
Upon arrival the iced water bottle was extremely welcomed! Next PAUL took intentional action in fulfilling my expectations and his foresight in sharing potential car maintenance was extremely professional and made me feel cared for that. He had the best interest at Hand for my comfort and caring about my vehicle engine needs. I have. I got the radiator flush with the premix antifreeze and water measurements and I drove away, feeling completely cared for and watched out for and respected by Paul and your company’s image has been restored in my minds eye!! I’m referring my friends to my shop where Paul works!!
