Oil Change in Jacksonville, FL at 714 Cassat Avenue

Price was great in comparison to what I have been paying. Service was outstanding! It’s the first time that anyone offered to change my air filter in my 20 year old Lexus, since I’ve owned the car. That person was Cody. Heavyset Gentleman of color with a big smile was assuring, picking up on my unease of a new oil change business. Brandon was also swift with his part of the service, and I was out of there quickly. I would highly recommend this Take5 location. The staff there are on point.

First time using Take 5. The staff here are friendly, Mike did a great job. Full synthetic oil change starts at around $95 + tax. I used an online coupon and got $25 off. Pretty good deal considering the speed of service. Oil filter replacement adds an extra $35, if needed. (Note that some dealerships include the filter replacement in the price.)

Josie and crew go above and beyond. I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Cassat Ave. From the moment I pulled in, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. What really impressed me was how well they communicated every step of the process while I stayed comfortably in my car. They checked all my fluids, explained what they were doing, and never once tried to pressure me into unnecessary services. The whole visit was quick, smooth, and genuinely pleasant — exactly what you hope for when getting your oil changed. The staff clearly takes pride in their work and in treating customers with respect. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, honesty, and great customer service so well. If you’re in the Jacksonville area, especially near Murray Hill, I highly recommend this Take 5 location on Cassat. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service.

Went in for an oil change and was very impressed with the whole operation. Leon and his entire staff worked very well together. Slow was smooth and smooth was fast. They had me in and out on a busy day. Everyone was kind, really friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly be back for all my future services. Highly recommended 5/5

I recently visited Take 5 on Cassat and had a great team work on my car. They were friendly, fast, efficient and thorough. Travaris, Mateo and Cooper were great! I visited this location again and the service continues to be outstanding! Another visit... One of the keys to their outstanding service is the unity among the team members. They are kind to each other, and work well together. They have procedures in place to be accountable to each other, making sure all the steps are completed. I will continue to come to this location. Great management! Another visit This shop continues to be amazing! They have the best manager, Mike! He is hands on, motivating and teaching the staff to work with excellence. The quality of the customer service is rarely found these days.
