Oil Change in Cape Coral, FL at 1415 SW 4th St

Brought my MIL car to get serviced and my experience was beyond what I expected! The staff were very friendly, the gentleman on the desktop explained everything single thing they were doing, and answered all my questions. Let me not forget to mention how I was greeted, I was offered a bottle of ice cold water and asked what services I needed. Let me mention that its the beginning of summer, it's 92° at 11am, and there was a fan in my bay, when I asked if it was the only one, he said no but it's meant for you so please let me know if I need to adjust it. Thats my only negative comment I have, they are in the heat with no extra fan and air ventilation for them. Great service, great staff, definitely coming back for services.

Went for here for an oil change for the first time a few days ago and have to say I had a GREAT experience! Devon and Shane were so friendly and polite - even offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited, which wasn't long at all. The last few times I went to a quick service oil change place up the road, I swore I would never go back. High pressure at every turn trying to "upsell" me on everything under the sun (a new battery, transmission fluid flush, etc.) including new windshield wiper blades I supposedly needed because mine were "worn out" though my husband had just replaced them less than 2 weeks before! When I mentioned that he quickly said he assumed they were worn from some streaks on my windshield. Enough said. Here, Devon simply explained my options for the oil change services, what they would be doing and asked if I had any other concerns they needed to look at. That was it...got my oil change and was on my way! I will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks Devon and Shane for a great experience. Keep up the good work!

This was my first time ever visiting a Take 5 and I had an amazing experience. I was greeted immediately with a smile and a cold bottle of water. The entire crew (Jonathan, Jose and Fernando) was friendly and polite. They didn't try to upsell me on anything or pressure me into anything additional. They were happy to perform the oil change I requested and did it with smiles on their faces. They accepted my coupon with zero issues and they also offer a military discount. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and never had to leave the car. I would definitely return in the future

I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend the Take 5 on Pine Island Rd! Upon driving up, I was greeted by the manager, Fernando, and offered cold, bottled water for myself and my passenger. He then told me how long it would take and Jonathan got to work. Along with an oil change they filled my power steering fluid that was low. Very efficient and friendly service!!

I have had a lot of bad experience with oil change places before but when I went to this location today, I made it my go-to place for every oil change! The staff was so helpful and gave me a coupons to make everything cheaper. They checked my coolant and my cabin air filter and notified me of anything that was wrong and then proceeded to give me more discounts which was awesome!! Now my car sounds like it's running a lot better and smoother. They even provided free waters and showed me everything that they did as they did it, that way I knew what was done and how it looked before and after! Again 10 out of 10 would recommend.
