Fast and professional service! I was in and out of there today in no time. Great job by everyone there! Price is right too! Polite and attentive to their customers. One thing that stood out to me during today's visit 9/12/26), was they were training a new team member and the other gentlemen training him were all polite, professional and patient with the kid. That says a lot. If you treat your own team members with respect and patience, that gets passed on to the customers. Nice job. Wish I remembered his name so I could publicly recognize him.
People working there friendly and curtious. I went there because I was in and out in ten minutes. This is a good thing because my health not very good. The full synthetic oil change is a little more expensive than the competition. So you need to be aware of that. And that was using a coupon. All in all for my situation I would probably go back. But if you are price sensitive check around first.
I love Take 5! The whole crew was amazing! Krysta was Super helpful And took the time to explain to me what was going on with my truck. She even jumped in the driver seat to reset the computer because I couldn’t do it. This was on a day that it was roughly 100° but she still took the time to talk with me and help me. I went there because I was visiting my dad In Cape Coral, but I will absolutely do the Hour drive from home to use them again because they were so honest and so helpful. There were a couple issues that needed to be fixed and not for a second did it seem like they were trying to upsell. Fast, efficient and professional I really can’t say enough good words about them! Highly recommend!
