Went there , had the easiest oil change known to mankind , they were fast , efficient and friendly , they pointed out a couple issues I didn’t even know I had with my engine bay and helped me get the cabin filter replaced. Brett was fantastic and was extremely knowledgeable Bree has customer service to the and was quick to replace my cabin filter Both of them were absolutely fantastic I will only be taking my car here to get it serviced from now on !!
Amazing service by both techs that worked on the vehicle 🚙 their friendliness was 100% Shout out to Cody and Latuan ✨️ Came in for an Oil 🛢 Change - Advanced Full Synthetic with Pennzoil, as well as a Coolant ❄️ Exchange The Coolant Exchange was where we had some issues. I was lucky the tech was knowledgeable and knew how to bleed the system without the proper tubes for the machine (the shop was supposed to be equipped with). Seems like a brand new shop, still working on getting all the tools and things they need for more than oil changes. A little over 2 hours total before leaving... after hours for their shop. The oil change though was fairly quick. Was told to keep an eye on the engine temp the next couple of days and to come back in to check it again. I'll delete this post so long as my vehicle is fine or no issues arise.
It was a good experience. They were out of the core option (which I didn’t understand but o well). They were out of power steering fluid, which they told me to go to any other Take 5 and they would fill it…went to another one to find out all Take 5’s don’t have any due to supply issues and they usually don’t do that anyway even though it’s on the list of items for the oil change. Mason was a great help and actually went to Autozone to get the fluid to fill for me!! Awesome for Mason!!! Take 5 fix the supply issues or your advertising! Wish it was a little more economical too! $100 oil change and that’s with a coupon!! And I had to travel to another location!
