Oil Change Service Austin Bluffs Pkwy

I use Take 5 oil change for my Oil changes, wipers and filters. I am vacationing here in Colorado Springs from South Texas and was so happy to find a Take 5 not far from where I’m staying. I stopped in the first week I got here because I had driven pretty far and needed my oil checked. They check all your fluids and top them off for free in between my oil changes. It’s great!! Today I drove in because I didn’t know where else to go. My splash guard in the front of my vehicle came down on one side. I caught it on a parking concrete barrier. I went to a mechanic shop who quoted me $150 to look at it and they didn’t want a zip tie it back on for me. They said I could leave it and they would let me know if they could fix it or if I needed a new one and go from there…. All I could think about was how helpful this Particular Take 5 was when I get here and wondered if they could help me. I drove in and Obed saw the problem right away! He talked with another employee and that employee agreed to fix it for me, I wish I had gotten his name. Anyway, a few minutes later, my splash guard was fixed and they would not take any money for it. These guys are a lifesaver. This is the best Take 5 i’ve ever been to. Colorado Springs, you are lucky to have this business!

I came in just before closing yesterday. The 2 gentlemen who served me were very kind and knowledgeable. They got the oil change done quickly and also replaced my filters. They also offered me a water upon arrival, which I really appreciated. They were out of the cheaper options of 0W-20, so I spent a little more than expected. However, they gave me a discount, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend and appreciate them taking me in close to closing.

I went today and received service from Antonio and Latuan. Jacob greeted me and provided bottled water while I was waiting. The service was fast and the staff was amazing! I honestly laughed so much at how funny they were with each other and they made sure that I knew what they did fory vehicle. Great experience and I will recommend to anyone who asks me.

Called the store ahead of time before I went to get my oil changed and got great customer service on just the phone call alone when I got there Obed and Latuan were the guys that helped me out really friendly and helpful and they know what they’re doing. Overall great experience and they got the work done quick but efficient

Jacob welcomed me with a cold bottle of water. He then professionally explained the services he offered fir my recently purchaesd King Ranch. The pricing was half off that charge by full service mechanics. oil change rear differential with tax $160. To bad the don’t do transfer case or front differentials. Five star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
