My first time going to Take 5 on Austin Bluffs and it was a great experience. The mechanics were very friendly worked fast and efficiently for what they could. There were a couple snags in the process due to how the previous shop I went to for an oil change messed things up, but Colin and his crew were incredibly helpful and got everything taken care of. A major thank you to Colin, Isobel, and Antonio for their incredible work and hospitality. I will definitely be bringing my car back here.
Always quick and easy here! I’ve come here multiple times and it’s easy breezy! The staff is always friendly and kind. Today Isobela was extremely helpful and sweet when answering any of my questions and didn’t make me feel silly when explaining things to me! She was very knowledgeable with great customer service! Latuan was very quick and had a smile during his work that made it feel like he was happy to help and be there! Definitely recommend coming here!
Easiest and quickest oil change of my life. Just drive right up and they get to work right away. Simple choices, no silly upselling, and totally reasonable pricing. Antonio and Isobel were great and quite funny. Cool to see people having a good time and enjoying their work. Had I had cash on me they def earned a tip. Hopefully they get something for this review, they earned it.
