First I was greeted when I drove up. John met me and asked if I wanted a cold bottle of water. WOW!! when I got in he explained everything to me and pricing. Your entire team was awesome. They checked all my tires, fluids and all the air filters. The cabin filter was terrible and we replaced it. First time anyone has ever done that with the cabin filter. My overall experience was phenomenal. This is where I get my oil changed from now on. Please tell John thank you for the service and actually the entire team. Jerry
Went in Saturday, 9/12 about the 2 o'clock hour. The young men got us in and out without delay. Dom was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Gave us important information about maintenance that is needed for our vehicle and didn't make it seem like he was trying to run our pockets ragged. Everyone was helpful. My only critique would be that Chai get his cough checked out. I was genuinely worried for him.
I've been here twice and had an excellent experience both times. Such amazing service. The.attendants meet you at your car with a chilled bottle of water and a friendly welcome. They present their findings every step of the way including showing me my filter so I can decide if I want to replace it or wait. I didn't feel pressure to pay for anything I didn't want. They go over all costs prior to service. Again they are all very friendly and polite. Great service is so overlooked by businesses now. 5 stars are deserved. I hope the employees are treated well and appreciated because they deserve it.
