I've been here twice and had an excellent experience both times. Such amazing service. The.attendants meet you at your car with a chilled bottle of water and a friendly welcome. They present their findings every step of the way including showing me my filter so I can decide if I want to replace it or wait. I didn't feel pressure to pay for anything I didn't want. They go over all costs prior to service. Again they are all very friendly and polite. Great service is so overlooked by businesses now. 5 stars are deserved. I hope the employees are treated well and appreciated because they deserve it.
Great service. Staff was friendly, always offer a bottle of water while you wait. When they checked my oil, they even mentioned that the oil was clean and full and perhaps didn't even need a change. I thought that was uniquely honest and them genuinely looking out for my interest. The tire pressure check and oil top off program are excellent incentives to use these guys. Overall, this place is excellent and I will go back many more times.
My wife took our car for an oil change, our car takes about four quarts of oil, but she was charged with an extra quart of oil because they told her the car takes five quarts? In the past I’m the one that takes the car for oil changes no one ever told me about that extra quart. Very disappointing!
