Great service. Staff was friendly, always offer a bottle of water while you wait. When they checked my oil, they even mentioned that the oil was clean and full and perhaps didn't even need a change. I thought that was uniquely honest and them genuinely looking out for my interest. The tire pressure check and oil top off program are excellent incentives to use these guys. Overall, this place is excellent and I will go back many more times.
I had such an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Suisun City! From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was absolutely A1. The staff was kind, informative, professional, and honestly just fun to be around. They explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured, and they got me in and out in about 15 minutes once it was my turn. Even the wait was only around 30 minutes, which was completely worth it for the level of service I received. You can really tell this team cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. Since they’re newer to this location, I just want to say they are doing an incredible job. This was my first time there, and I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change in Suisun City to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and stress-free service!
I’m new to Fairfield, Ca from Bend, OR and expected high prices and lots of pressure for add on sales. Just wanted an oil change. Was surprised by how friendly the attendants were and answered all my questions. They got me in and out quickly but asked all the questions and reminders for work they were able to assist with.
