Take 5 was very thorough and very professional. I wish I would have gotten the managers name and the other associates name but they were awesome. I loved the way they call out what all they were doing to the car when they were changing the oil. That allowed me to know what all was being done as well. The young man checked my wind shield whippers, the filter behind the glove compartment, all of my fluids and more. I was also able to use my $25.00 off coupon. Since Bianca had the manager I have made this place my regular place to get an oil change and other needs. I stripped my filter housing and they replaced it no charge. I would’ve been charged $100 anywhere else. I will keep coming back as long as Bianca is there.

They worked together well and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary things because I'm a woman, not that they would have but they very engaging and knew what to suggest. Very efficient and were communicative all the way thru the process. I expected to just get an oil change but they also did a new filter and another fluid (I'm very not a car person) and weren't pushy with the add ons. Will definitely be back when services are needed!
