I've been going to Take 5 on University Ave in Little Rock AR since 2022. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Today Mr. Zachary asked if I needed my cabinet filter replaced. I didn't know so he took a look and it was disgusting. He replaced my cabinet filter, changed my oil (full synthetic) and reset my oil percentage. Mr. Justin checked my tires pressure. All were good. They got me in and out with no problem! Every time I go there, it's hardly ever a long wait time to get in. Take 5 on University Ave is the place for great service for oil changes, tires checked and more. I will not go no other place ever again! Thank you Take 5 for excellent service!
After having a very experience at another location. I came to take 5 on Glenn road. I was greeted upon arrival with a nice ice cold water bottle by Chris. Store manger Shaheem assured me that he would take care of everything. Both gentle men showed knowledge in what they were doing awesome customer service and even cracked a joke with me. This location felt family friendly. Felt like home getting my oil change with people I just meet. I will definitely be returning away no more valvoline!!!
Take 5 was very thorough and very professional. I wish I would have gotten the managers name and the other associates name but they were awesome. I loved the way they call out what all they were doing to the car when they were changing the oil. That allowed me to know what all was being done as well. The young man checked my wind shield whippers, the filter behind the glove compartment, all of my fluids and more. I was also able to use my $25.00 off coupon. The take 5 on Colonel Glenn will always have my business. Thank you take 5! P.s. don’t forget to download that coupon ladies and gents.
