I've been going to Take 5 on University Ave in Little Rock AR since 2022. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Today Mr. Zachary asked if I needed my cabinet filter replaced. I didn't know so he took a look and it was disgusting. He replaced my cabinet filter, changed my oil (full synthetic) and reset my oil percentage. Mr. Justin checked my tires pressure. All were good. They got me in and out with no problem! Every time I go there, it's hardly ever a long wait time to get in. Take 5 on University Ave is the place for great service for oil changes, tires checked and more. I will not go no other place ever again! Thank you Take 5 for excellent service!
When had to amazing men take care of the oil change and coolant flush today. Both treated us the respect and were very helpful and knowledgeable about the work they were doing. It's nice to be comfortable with the service that you are getting on your truck that gets you around to and from. Thank you Chris and Michael for a job done well. Will definitely return to this location after the service we received today.
After having a very experience at another location. I came to take 5 on Glenn road. I was greeted upon arrival with a nice ice cold water bottle by Chris. Store manger Shaheem assured me that he would take care of everything. Both gentle men showed knowledge in what they were doing awesome customer service and even cracked a joke with me. This location felt family friendly. Felt like home getting my oil change with people I just meet. I will definitely be returning away no more valvoline!!!
