Keion and his team were absolutely awesome! This was hands-down the simplest, fastest, and most painless oil change experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process incredibly easy. They even went above and beyond by topping off my other fluids, including my windshield washer fluid, which had been empty for a few months. Oops! 😂 It’s those little things that really make a difference though. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Keion and team, for taking such great care of us!
Take 5 has a great staff. They are very polite and attentive and took care of my oil change in a flash! Thank you for offering me water as I arrived and for being so pleasant during the oil change. Even though they didn’t have the windshield wipers for my vehicle to be replaced, the gentleman offered his assistance to have them replaced if I bought them elsewhere. Customer Service is Exceptional! Thank you! This is now my favorite place to get the oil changed in my vehicle!
I had a wonderful experience at Take 5! Keion, Max, and Juelz were all incredibly professional, thorough, and knowledgeable when servicing my vehicle. They provided excellent hospitality and took the time to explain things and share helpful information, which I really appreciated. The entire oil change was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. It’s clear that this team takes pride in providing great customer service. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back!
