Very courteous and efficient staff! I’d rather go to Take 5 than leave my car most of the morning elsewhere. Orlando, Xander and forgive me for forgetting the third gentleman’s man, were very professional. I definitely will return. I thought I had posted this review! Just went yesterday to this location for the oil change and fluids. The team at this location was extremely courteous and they worked quickly in the oppressive heat! I’ll always return to Take 5 as the service at this location is excellent.

Outstanding Customer Service! I’ve been going to Take 5 for my last few oil changes, and I continue to be impressed by their outstanding customer service. Today, my oil light came on, so I stopped by the Scottsdale location. Noah and Anthony immediately took care of me, topped off my oil, and even gave me a bottle of water. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. As a business owner in Scottsdale, I know how important great customer service is—and these guys deliver it every time. I want to personally recognize Noah and Anthony for taking such great care of me today. This kind of service is exactly why I keep coming back to Take 5. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ronney was truly one of the best people I’ve ever met at an auto service shop. He genuinely cared about me, my car, and doing what was right not about making a sale or taking my money. He checked my oil and fluids, topped everything off, and honestly told me that I didn’t need an oil change yet. He even gave me an updated sticker so I would know when to come back. It’s rare to come across someone who is that honest, kind, and genuinely cares about their customers. Ronney could have easily sold me a service I didn’t need, but instead he chose to do the right thing. Take 5 is lucky to have him!!!!!
