Very courteous and efficient staff! I’d rather go to Take 5 than leave my car most of the morning elsewhere. Orlando, Xander and forgive me for forgetting the third gentleman’s man, were very professional. I definitely will return. I thought I had posted this review! Just went yesterday to this location for the oil change and fluids. The team at this location was extremely courteous and they worked quickly in the oppressive heat! I’ll always return to Take 5 as the service at this location is excellent.
Outstanding Customer Service! I’ve been going to Take 5 for my last few oil changes, and I continue to be impressed by their outstanding customer service. Today, my oil light came on, so I stopped by the Scottsdale location. Noah and Anthony immediately took care of me, topped off my oil, and even gave me a bottle of water. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. As a business owner in Scottsdale, I know how important great customer service is—and these guys deliver it every time. I want to personally recognize Noah and Anthony for taking such great care of me today. This kind of service is exactly why I keep coming back to Take 5. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you, Noah and Anthony! You guys are awesome!
Called Robert on my way to work saying i was pressed for time—he said they could get it done fast or would let me know if they couldn’t get me out in time to get to work. I pulled up and he and his coworker (God so sorry I forget your name but it had two R’s!!!!) literally had me in and out in honestly probably 5 minutes flat. So nice, so accommodating! Everyone is always so great here, but those two are the absolute best. Made my morning!
